    None. It's called a caloric deficit. Research CICO and TDEE. If you want to build muscle in order to increase muscle mass and definition. It all depends on what part of the thighs. There's squats, front squats, box squats, Jack squats, reverse hack squats, lunges, Bulgarian split squats, stiff leg deadlifts, Romanian deadlifts, leg presses both wide and close stance, hip abductions and adductions, leg curls, and quad extentions. All workouts that target different parts of your legs.
