Lost 6.5kg in 5 weeks with smoothies

Hello. I can not believe how easy this is. 2 smoothies a day plus one meal and the weight keeps coming off. Have been trying to loose weight for years and this system works for me. Have tried Atkins, slimmers world, powders and pills.

I am half way to my goal weight. Just think in 10 weeks of this l have reached my weight and after that l only need to adjust slightly to retain this. All cravings have gone and sometimes late at night l feel hungry but waking up in the morning no hunger at all. Just a normal day. In the beginning slight headaches re withdrawal symtens but only for 3 days. Plus first two weeks a lot of wind but that also passed. My hair and skin much better too.
