One Week Down

Well folks, I am one week into this, and had my first weigh in. Down 4.4 pounds woo-hoo!!! So far the struggle hasn't been as bad as I anticipated and I've done pretty good at remaining accountable for what I eat. Guess there's something about seeing it in print right in front of your face that makes it A LOT easier to say no to those evil foods that got me here in the first place.
I am however finding it a little difficult on some days to eat enough. So my question to all of you is.... Got any quick and easy snack ideas that are filling??

Congratulations on your weight loss.
I recommend you eat your favorite food, in moderation
Buy yourself a food scale, weigh everything you ingest, log it at MFP.
If you eat at a deficit ( calories burned higher than calories ingested) you will lose weight.
On snacks , I try to have some protein ( greek yogurt, plain) mixed with complex carbs ( some raw fruit, i.e. blueberries) OR whole apple unpeeled with some pecorino romano cheese.
Your favorite snacks may be different, to each its own.
One final note, there is no evil food. Some food is more nutritious than other. Your choice and your wallet.
