Midnight munchies

I can be pretty good during the day, then late at night I crave everything. I just feel so hungry and eat anything I can.

    How many daily calories are you taking in a day? If less than 1,200 your body is going to fight you with cravings. Are you waking up in the middle of the night? Consider melatonin, magnesium citrate, meditation at night, and making sure you don't consume caffeine after 4pm. Many medications/prescriptions can also keep you awake. Did you know vitamin D at night can keep you awake? For me, even chocolate can irritate my sleep.
