Introduction

Hi everyone
I'm new to MFP, haven't been on here for long, so far I have lost 10lbs but looking to lose 2 stone yet so have a long way to go, not sure how everything works on here as I'm getting used to it! looking for people on here to motivate me to keep on track..I have been a yo-yo dieter for years but now looking to lose weight and keep it off for good.
