I enjoy a wide variety of fats. They all have a purpose and are all GOOD. I think canola oil is great. It has great fat ratio, and can handle high heat. I love olive oil in salads and some cooking. With some recipes I use lard for that authentic taste. I fry eggs and fish in butter. And let’s not forget the natural fat in meat, fish and eggs, which I eat regularly. There are no bad fats, only overindulgence.

I've heard different things about peanut butter, so I'm honestly curious about it. Is it only good if it's the all-natural type?

this thread gives me faith in humanity :)

My go-to fats are cream, butter, bacon grease, avocado, and cheeeeeeese. I'll have coconut oil when I can afford it . Not sure how to really use ghee/lard :(

Yeah Coconut Oil is quite pricey!
I found that Costco has the lowest price for the size I am getting (huge bucket actually O_o)
Carrington Farms is the brand I believe.
17.99 for 1531g, which is the lowest in my area

Anything that is un-refined and anything that is not partially hydrogenated, man made trans fats.
