Daily nutrient goals on Atkins

what should my daily nutrient goals be f I am in the Atkins induction? Like what should I set my fat protein and carbs at? I know my carbs need to be at 20g but I don't know what to put the fat or protein percentage at.

    Protein is usually moderate. 20-25% of your daily calories would be typical. Some may go as low as 15% and other may go as high as 30 or 35%.

    If you go with 25% of a 1500kcal diet, that would be about 375kcal of protein. Divide that by 4kcal/g and you get just over 90g of protein per day.

    Fat will fill in your remaining macros. Often 70% or more.
