Hi all,

I have been on the Jillian Michaels site for some time. BUT I love the myfitnesspal site better as a tracking tool. I have never ventured into this community but decided to.

I have about 60lbs to lose. I just tore my calf muscle in a mother son football game this weekend. That in its own way is motivation to succeed. My plan is lifestyle changes and developing new habits. No dramatic attempts at quick weight loss will be pursued this time.

    Welcome, Jen! Sorry to hear about your calf muscle. I messed up my quad muscle many years ago and that's a pain, having a big leg muscle bungled up! Good luck with your journey. Friend request me if you like! xo
