I am back on MFP and I am loving these message boards, which I never utilized before. I'm here because I need to lose a good amount of weight - about 70 to 90 pounds. This week has been pretty good but I really need people to hold me accountable. Be like 'hey girl, saw you had Starbucks 4 days in a row...what up with that?' Which is true, I am awful at getting Starbucks almost every day! However, I must say I switched from iced raspberry mocha (over 300 calories) to an iced nonfat vanilla latte (120 calories). That's a win in my book. Anyway, figured I'd create my own discussion instead of creeping on someone else's and add a bunch of random people. If you have any advice, recipes or public food diaries that would be awesome. And of course, if you need help feel free to message me! Good luck everybody!

Add me if you'd like! I have over 100 pounds to lose so I'll be here for a while! LOL Congrats on having a good week!! You'll find a lot of support and motivation on MFP! I LOVE Starbucks!!! It's a good thing I'd have to drive 45 minutes to get one! LOL When I'm at my daughters, I treat myself but I switched from a large Java Chip to a small Java Chip Lite. It still satisfies that craving!!! It's amazing what foods (and drinks!) we can find substitutes for when we're motivated to lose weight and/or eat healthy, isn't it? Sharing recipes would be great! I love to cook! We'd be great for each other!!!0
