Calorie setup on MFP

So I'm getting a little confused by how many calories I should be imputing into MFP and from there how much I should be eating. If you guys could help that would be great; I'm sure I'm just over thinking this. I'm 20 years old, 5' 2", 107 pounds, and very active. My BMI is calculated at roughly 1318 calories; my TDEE is then 2273. Does this mean that I should put my BMI as my basic calorie level and eat the exercise calories back? Or should I have my TDEE as the set level of calories? What kind of calorie range should I be eating for optimal muscle growth and fat loss?
