Yup. I allowed it. I found ways to fit eating whatever I wanted into maintenance, and got lazy eating my fruit and veggies for the first time in ages and boom, I got ill. Word of warning , maintaining weight is more than the number and aesthetic, don't forget to nourish yourself peeps!

So you were eating crap food that contained 0 nourishment,0 vitamins and 0 minerals since you moved in maintenance?0

1st post is a pop. Love these forums! No. As it says, Its the first time is ages I've let eating my 5 a day slip and for the first time in ages I got sick. It's easy to get complacent once you've nailed maintenance for a while.1

@RoxieDawn - I love your avatar!
I used to get strep throat on a semi-regular basis when I was 200+ pounds. Since losing the weight a few years ago, I've been sick exactly twice and NEITHER of those times was it strep throat (once was a summer cold and another time one of my loving children thought it would be a great idea to share his 'mild' stomach bug. I wanted to die for 2 days straight... and managed to get to 10 pounds UNDER maintenance before I was better). I'm really bad about paying attention to my macros, so probably don't get the 5 a day.... but still I'm way healthier than I was prior to losing 70 pounds.
Good advice, though. Don't get lazy in maintenance and let the diet slide too much.1
