Its an interesting article. The comments are incredibly rude and offensive. I threw in my 2 cents. People on the internet are so often rude and insensitive because they can hide behind their computer screen.

I'm so glad to have a supportive network of friends on this site. THANK YOU MYFITNESSPAL!!!

Now that you have briefed that the article is very negative, I will not be reading it. But thanks for taking a good stand (I'm guessing that is what you did.) And you are right, the people on this site are so sweet and supportive. That cannot be said enough.

    Take care, :drinker: (water)

I learned never to read the comments that people make on news stories. I just read the article too and found it informative, not much subjectivity and more facts and current stats. These stats frighten me for our children's future.

I should know by now that any article relating to weight is going to have a bunch of a$$es talking out of their rearends. I found the article mildly interesting and the comments were blood boiling.

Do people honestly think like pointing fingers and trying to shame others will help solve the problems? That method has yet to actually work for me.
