Personal preference. It will be different for everyone depending on their schedule, workouts, and tastes. Eat in whatever combination of meals and times make you feel the best.

All that matters is how it ends up in a 24 hour period, extend that out 7, 30, 60, and 90 days for results. Every day does not have to be the same. No rules except calories in a 24 hour period.

How many calories do you need per day? How many meals are you eating per day? Do you have a light breakfast and heavier dinner, or a heavy lunch with light dinner, or some other configuration? Do you never get a chance to eat lunch because of your job?

There's really no way to answer this question without more information, sort of like, "How long is a piece of string?"

I only eat around 300 for breakfast because I'm not real hungry when I wake up.. lunch and dinner are usually 500.. which leaves me 200 for snacks give or take..

The bulk of my calories are snacks. That works for me! :)

What ever you want. I enjoy about 500 calories from 8am to 5pm then over 1k calories from 5pm to whenever I go to sleep because I suck at sleeping.

depends what your calorie goal is?

Mine is 1650, so roughly 300 breakfast, 400 lunch, 700 tea, 200 snacks, or more if its an exercise day.

Even 24 hrs this isn't really important. You can eat 1200 one day, 1500 the next, 1300 the next, 1800 the next... As long as you have a deficit over time you'll lost fat.
