I gained 3.4 lbs since April !!

And now I think I might want to reconsider my weight loss goals.
I saw my trend weight creeping up and I knew that I was eating more than I should. An odd wave of hunger had hit and I found it extremely hard to even stay with my maintenance calories. I have been trying to shake the weight gain for a month at least now with little luck. My trend did drop 0.3 lbs here recently, but that's all I've seen so far. On Sunday I had taken some pictures for a challenge I'm in. My trend weight was 125.4 lbs. Tonight I decided to compare the gain to a picture from late April right before I started Strong Curves. It's a little hard to believe that in the picture on the left I had a trend weight of 122 lbs and on the right it's 125.4 lbs.
Measurement Changes:
Waist - 26.5" to 26"
Abdomen @ Belly Button - 30" to 29.5"
Hips - 36.5" to 36.5"
Thigh - 20.5" to 20"

You look great. I honestly can't see a difference in the two pics. But I do understand your concern in a gain trend. Try not to worry too much and keep tracking, exercising, and doing your best.1

Personally, I prefer the picture on the right.0

There isn't a huge difference, but I am smaller on the right (measurements agree). My waist, lower abdomen, and thighs are all smaller even though my weight increased.

Great job OP! I can definitely tell a difference, especially in the "love handles" area right above the bikini bottom!
Edit: And I love the posts that show how the scale doesn't always reflect progress. Really, just awesome progress!0 -
I think maybe you gained a little muscle mass because I can definitely see the difference. Great work! Where are you at on Strong Curves? I'm starting 7/17 as part of the 2016 Summer SC Challenge!0
