Program flexibility

Does anyone have any recommendations for strength and conditioning programs that are flexible? Where you can move the order of the days and it won't matter? I had a brief look at New Rules of Lifting for Women, and I think I can shift the days and it won't matter. Is NROLFW, as flexible as it seems or does it need to be followed exactly? Also, are you able to do the program with out access to a gym? I have a squat rack, bench, oly barbell, 10lb bumpers, 25lb bumpers, 45lb bumpers, fractal plates, plyo box, Dumbbells 8-20lb, and kettle bells 15 and 25lb. Can I do this program with this equipment?
