Tesco instant hot oats

Can anyone help...I can't tell if the calories per portion are includin semi skimmed milk, googled but still not sure!

    It obviously suggest's to make with milk but it doesn't say if the nutritional information includes it.

    Info on a package will not include the milk. (if so, it will be on the right as added info)
    You'll have to add the milk as a separate entry.

    The information doesn't include the milk, you'll have to add that yourself. Tesco have no way of knowing what kind of milk you're using.

    Usually it will have entry for dry/cooked and then a separate one that says "prepared" or with milk.. If it does not include the prepared or with milk, add the milk separately.

    The reason I questioned it is fitness pal shows it prepared with milk for lower Cals than if I add it.

    There are some really whacky entries on MFP, sometimes due to regional nutritional differences, sometimes due to product changes, and sometimes due to the whacky people entering them. You're better off adding it yourself.
