    My diary is open too

My diary is open and I eat same foods everyday and always full and very satisfied
Basically it's all whole foods nothing processed no chemicals or additives
So simple ingredients in every meal:
    Avocados (2-3 a day!)
Tons of vegetables (80% plant based)
Fish eggs and sometimes grilled chicken breast but I plan to go back to vegetarian next week
No sugar no dairy and no gluten ever
    Once in while quinoa
But mostly high vegetables and fat and lean protien limited carbs
    Feel free to add me

I confess, when people say they have an open diary and say they don't eat "processed" foods, I go look.

But, do you shake your head, laugh, both, or something else when you see quite a few processed items in said diary?

Me? Depends on my mood. Shook my head today.

Since fat doesn't make you fat (it's excess calories and lack of exercise that make you fat), and for some people fat provides more satiety than carbs, I propose that fat content be removed from all nutrition labels.

It's just natural for people who are not educated in nutrition to assume that eating fat makes you fat. The only way to end their worries is to remove the labels.

    Sadly, it will never happen.

    Usually a facepalm.
