Microsoft Band 2 Wearers?

Hey, so for anyone with a Microsoft Band or Band 2 --

Since losing 42 pounds my size medium band didn't fit me anymore (I got it in Feb.). I went into the Microsoft store on Tuesday and they congratulated me and exchanged mine for a small with no hassle! Great experience. :smile:

    They seem to have great customer support. My band 2 I purchased in December of 2015, and by March 2016, it broke. I walked into a Microsoft store, expecting to get a phone # and address were to mail it to, and instead walked out with a brand new Band.

    However, my medium still fits so....
