I've pretty much worn these shoes daily for 4 years. It's mind-boggling how many hikes and drunken accidents they have handled, and I've never even run a cloth across them a single time; they repel all my mistakes and debris , apparently.
    

    

    
Clarks Bushacres right? I've got a pair of their desert boots that are a few years old now and I'll wear them most of the fall/winter. They're cheap enough I don't worry about beating them up like I do with my Redwings, and on the rare occasion I want to clean them a quick wipe down and a little coconut oil has them looking like new again.
    

    

    
Yeah. Very cheap, constantly on sale, can potentially last you 20 years if you just wear them as normal day shoes.
    
TMI information but I've probably drunkenly peed or threw up on them 20 times. I'll wake up and they look brand new. They get better looking with age, but no matter how many falls I take on hikes they still just look brand new and the scuff marks dissappear. I'll have to try the coconut oil thing soon. I'm sure they're going to dry out eventually
