Hi guys, so it's nearly the end of my first week back to the gym, I've been back on the "eating healthy" for nearly 2 weeks! Noticing I'm full of energy! Feeling good! Probably shouldn't be weighing myself has regular so need to nip that but other than that all is good! Noticing I have more energy to play with the kids, clean and just do the general day to day activities!
I'm trying to mix it up in the gym with various weight training and gym classes done a spin class

Why not to weigh yourself? I have every day for over a year0

I just worry over obsessing and my weight fluctuates day by day1

Hi jade....have to say, as an ex anorexic and bulimic weighing yourself every day can lead to obsessive behaviour. Ideally you should only weigh yourself once a week (either on a Wednesday or Friday ). Hope this suggestion helps. Ps. Good for you for getting back on track.2

I can find myself very obsessive at times so I have to pull myself together and resist the scales, I've decided to weigh on a Monday so I can start it a fresh week! Thank you0
