Let's meet officially

My name is Rachael. I've been here a long time because I haven't lost the weight. Yet I haven't lost my vision. Looking at my trends I discovered that my starting weight in 2014 is now my goal. I track my calories accurately but often eat at maintenance. Right now my focus is on building and shaping my muscles because I really need exercise in my life and it's likely an unexplored tool in managing a calorie defecit.

Do you have any advice on beating the guilt and all the "should"? How do I zero in on determination?
