Hello guys I have tried my fitness pal sooooo many times but this time this will be my final time, I will progress to my goal this time.

Hi. What's your goal? I'm tired of parts of my rubbing that shouldn't, like the fat under my arms (I call it my "side boobs" and the gut that sits on the thighs ... it's just too much for me and I need to burn it off. I read a story the other day about a guy who worked out every day for like 700 days, so I decided I was going to workout every day for 65 days. I'd like to lose 30 lbs by October. I'm always devastated by actually seeing how many calories I consume in a day and then more shocked at the concept of consuming just 1600 or 1800 or even 2000... I love to eat.0
