Hello. I just started using myfitnesspal a few days ago. I'm 5"4 and weigh 174lbs and want to lose 40 pounds. The calories recommended to me are 1320 and I usually eat within the calorie limit. Is this calorie goal appropriate for healthy weight loss? I've seen many people say that women should atleast consume 1500? I walk 6 miles everyday and am thinking of incorporating 30 mins cardio excersice all days of week. If this is incorrect, what range do you think I should shoot for?

Also, does anyone know how accurate the calories of the food given by this app are? I see everything measured by oz and 'plate' so I'm not sure if that is entirely appropriate?

Thanks to anyone who answers!
