So last weeks weigh in was the first time & the number was what I was expecting. Now the second week of my weigh in I am expecting between 0.5 - 1.0 pound loss. Are my expectations unrealistic.I know weight loss is not linear though.

Too many variables, your salt levels mean you could put on a few pounds of water weight, if you're female your monthly cycle could add a few pounds.

Your expectations aren't unrealistic, as long as you have had a calorie deficit by doing the usual weighing and logging all the food you eat and logging exercise.

Yes,I have done a calorie deficit this week & the usual weighing and logging all the food I ate and logging exercise. But I am nervous whether I am going to lose weight this week.

I remember the other posts you created regarding weighing yourself and being nervous about it, to which a lot of people gave some great advice, so I'd go back to them posts and read through them again for more information.
