Hey everyone, I'm Tineka, 25 from Norwich in the UK, single mother of two, and a full time dispenser in a pharmacy.
I've (re)-joined MFP in a bid to get fitter, toned and healthier, and if I happen to lose a few pounds along the way, awesome.
I don't really have a "goal weight," I shall just be going on how I FEEL
I don't get much free time to get to the gym so most of my workouts will be at home, using my exercise bike, weights and various workout DVD's. I plan to try and workout 5 times per week with a calorie intake of 1400-1500.
