Hi, I was wondering what everyone has their carb% protein% and fat% intake set as.
I had mine in automatic and think 50% cabs would be a bit high? I am fairly new to this

    It will depend on what works best for you. Some people find a bit higher protein and fat eating to be a bit more filling. I however love my carbs (pasta, rice, potatoes, bread, sweets) and had no issues losing weight. Mine is set to 50% carbs, 30% fat, 20% protein. I do not stress if I go over in any of my macros. I only try to hit my protein goal because that one is a bit more difficult to me personally. Other than that I really don't pay much attention to them. They are more important to people with some medical conditions. It comes down to what works and what is sustainable for you.
