Semi-active vegan/vegetarian ladies around 130-180: can I see your food diary?

Hello,
I'm 21, don't eat meat and try to stay away from animal products, and am semi-active due to college lifestyle (no car)... I'm looking to get into some sports like cycling and kiteboarding, looking to lose 30 or so pounds to get around the 150 range! I think I never really learned how much food my body needs...logging on MFP is helping me see I shouldn't be eating all the time or I'll go over the calorie range, but I'd really appreciate it if I had some examples of diaries of people in my weight range. Anyone willing to share? Thanks in advance!

My diary is open. I'm vegetarian and sitting at 142 right now. You're welcome to take a look!0

Wow impressively detailed, thanks! I noticed your calorie goal is a bit higher than what mine's supposed to be, are you into bodybuilding? Hopefully that's not a rude thing to ask...0

Thanks! No, it's not rude. I lift, but my calorie goal is set to maintenance, not to gain muscle. I had my metabolism tested the other day, and the tester determined that with a sedentary lifestyle and before exercise I should be eating 2125 to maintain. This was higher than what MFP had been giving me (even when I had my lifestyle set to lightly active!), so I manually set my goal. I eat more on days I exercise. I've been lifting for a little over a year and have lost fat and gained muscle, and I think my metabolism is faster as a result.0

Interesting... I'll probably stick to what MFP says for now, but I've definitely heard a lot about how good lifting is for the body. When I was a freshman I used to use weight machines often at my school's gym. I'm kind of amazed that even now I only use the machines once in awhile I've sort of stayed at the same weights I used when I stopped. It seems those muscles stick around!0

Hi there, I'm 24 and also vege with attempting to limit dairy. I believe my diary is open, you can also add me
I am pretty sedentary because of work but I kickbox twice a week for 90 minutes.
I'm 5'6" and currently 151lbs, aiming to lose body fat. My progress is very slow, but I'm getting there!0 -
