    Why were cats so important/valued to Egyptians?
    (Clearly they were really smart for thinking this but I'm curious)

    It was a symbol for protection and pride

    Hope you have settled in Amsterdam and enjoying the Western culture

    i travel since i was 17 i went to college in Netherlands and continued my education in Miami ( Miami AD School ) ..and i lived in many places other than Amsterdam lol

    I wish i can settle working for a international agency is a pain the *kitten* u are always travelling lol

    Media lies ..whats happening now in egypt is the country choose a temporary president till the next democratic elections ( thats why we protested we wanted a new presdent by a democratic elections and the army helped with that ) But the The Terrorists yes The Muslim brother hood doesnt want that to happen because The kicked president mohamed morsy ( from the muslim brother hood ) when he became the president ALL the muslims brothers hoods ( world wide ) came to egypt so now that he is gone they have no where else to go to which means they end here .so now they are fighting for survival not just in egypt but world wide and actually the army offered them a safe democratic polotical life but they refused and started burning and killing people and army and police ! so they started a war here against everyone and in the same time they are tryng ot get the help of the US and thats why the US media is hidding the truth from people because actually barrack is helping them siince he got elected !

    If u mean egypt ..then u shouldnt believe what cnn and bbc says coz they are saying wrong things .. the revolution thats happening now in egypt has nothin to do with the army ! ... my people 33 MILLION PROTESTED TO KICK THE PRESIDENT OUT and he didnt want to leave so the army gave him 48 hrs to leave coz he is doing alot of stuff against the law in egypt so after he knew this he said in his speech that i will kill anyone who thinks that he could make me leave my chaiir so the armed forces or army locked him down in his palace and arranged a sooner elections like the people wanted

    i just think it's so awful how the citizens are fighting each other too now because of the rebels and social democrats on one side and the muslim brotherhood, supporters of the former president on the other wanting him back. I was really just interested in knowing what you are personally a supporter of and how you feel about the new government

    Oh well there is no muslim brother hood they are like 1 million or less ..the other 89 million are against them soo lol plus they are terrorists they are not muslims they are giving the world the worst pic about Islam in general ...i personally support the new and the up coming government

    I'm in agreement with this...I saw SO many gorgeous men in Egypt. The young man (Hamdi, his name was) who took me out on the Nile in a felucca looked like a young Omar Sharif.

    Zahi Hawass was the director of antiquities under Mubarek. He lost his job when Morsi took over.
    He's on a lot of TV shows about Egypt and archaeology that they show on American TV and he comes across as a major *kitten*.
