Does sodium intake make a big difference to weight or fat loss? I count calories and recently started carb cycling. I haven't lost more than about 4 lbs in 6 months, i have lost bf and I can see I am getting a lot more toned and muscular. I would how ever to get my weight down to slim down and be at a healthier weight. I do cross fit 4-5 times a week and walk my dogs a lot (about 2-3 hrs a day -4 X a week). I do not watch or track my sodiium and to be quite honest I put sea salt on anything that isn't dessert! Just wondering some opinions and thoughts about this. I was a smoker for about 15 years and I just find food really lacks flavour without salt.
Thanks for any help or thoughts
