i would also like to join the challenge i picked up a habit of drinking 4ltrs and 800 mls on a daily some times i add fresh lemon and ginger but usually its plain and iv been doing this for 2 weeks now ,i must say am used to it by now i move with a 1.2ltr bottle every where i go so i make sure i refill it 4 times a day .0
