Weight Loss for Mommy

My daughter is 2 years old and before having her I was in the best shape of my life. Now, at 30 years old, it's definitely becoming more of a difficulty to shed the additional pounds from pregnancy. I never thought this would happen to me as I have been working out since the age of 15. I thought I would go back to my pre-preggo weight quickly since I eat generally healthy and exercise consistently. I even exercised while pregnant. I guess my genetic body type will always be a struggle for me as I am pear shaped. I am back on my fitness pal to make sure everything I eat is acceptable. God bless everyone! Let's reach our goals!
