Realistic Goal Setting

Losing weight and maintaining what I have lost is the biggest challenge. I weigh every Friday and I gained instead of losing this week in spite of my 12,000 daily steps. What a disappointment..... I vow to lose at least one pound by next Friday, July 8. Who's in with me?

    I wouldn't be disappointed if you are keeping track of calories, and adding in movement (12k steps a day is awesome) Women's bodies fluctuate a lot, it could be water weight, TOM coming up, or just a variety of anything else. Keep track over the long term, and as long as you are seeing a downward slide you are doing great.
