I'm a member at GNC, now. What is the best Pre-Workout shake mix or drink I should buy?

    If there is a vitamin shoppe around, use them instead. I think their workers are more knowledgeable and helpful than any GNC employees I have ever spoken to. Plus they have a better selection of products. That being said, I like C4 pre-workout if I use it. Some people say to not use it but to drink BCAA's during your workout and protein/creatine prior/post workout.
