No calorie adjustment showing for fitbit

I got a fitbit charge hr yesterday and have worn it all yesterday afternoon night and today. Went for a walk with it on and tracked it etc.
I've synced mfp to fitbit Ap, and the food diary I enter on mfp is showing on fitbit...so they seem synced that way. However I'm not seeing any calorie adjustment tab / title etc on either the mfp app or on the mfp website. I've enabled negative adjustment too but literally nothing is showing up. It's not like it's showing as "calorie adjustment 0" it's literally not even showing the words "fitbit calorie adjustment " anywhere on mfp. Can anyone help please ?

Have you tried syncing your fitbit, waiting a few minutes, and then checking MFP for your adjustment?
I don't have an adjustment from Fitbit until after my first Fitbit sync of the day. So for example today, there was no adjustment listed in my diary until a few minutes ago, because I hadn't synced since last night.0 -
I've synced both mfp and fitbit multiple times throughout the day as I read somewhere it can take a few minutes to show up. I've just synced both now once again and nothing appearing. where should it show? Is it under the "exercise" tab? Or at the top of the diary under the "food, remaining, net" area?0

Yeah nothing there at all.0

Another thing you might want to try is relinking them.
- Go to fitbit.com -> settings -> applications -> find MFP and revoke access
- MFP -> go to apps -> find fitbit click disconnect and then reconnect
If that doesn't work, I would email MFP support.1 -
Have just tried disconnecting and reconnecting... still nothing. Have just emailed them now and got an automatic reply which makes little sense.. so I'll reply to it haha! I hate technology!0

Do I need to have premium???0
-
No need for premium. Syncing Fitbit's and other activity trackers with MFP has been a part of the program since long before premium was even an option. If they made that a requirement, they would lose a lot of people.1

Mine is hit and miss. Sometimes it syncs and sometimes it doesn't.0

What is your activity level set at? How many steps are getting a day? If your activity level is high it takes a larger number of steps before it will show up.....I set my activity level at sedentary and let the fitbit track all of activity and it usually shows up @ around 3000 steps or so.0

@mabearof6 - She has negative adjustments turned on so even if she hasn't hit the point of seeing a positive adjustment she should still be seeing calories taken away regardless of activity level setting (example: my screenshot above). It's apparently not showing up for her at all.0 -

I had the same issue when I had negative adjustments set up. For some reason when I switched it and just set my activity level to sedentary it started syncing fine. I do have to sync my fitbit with the fitbit app, whether mobile or on the computer before it would sync with MFP. Hope you are able to get it figured out OP

I have the exact same problem as you bethanygerry. Please post if you get a response from mfp. I have also emailed them, and have looked through the help section. I have been unsuccessful after trying every suggestion.
Good luck!0 -
Although at the top under calories remaining on my MFP home screen, mine does say '0 Fitbit Tracker Steps.' That number does not change despite a different reading on my fitbit. At the bottom of my diary page above the nutrition and notes, complete diary choices it does read MFP iOS calorie adjustment. Which should not be so, as I have selected fitbit as my tracker. I do not have negative calories enabled. FYI.0

Still no response from my email... so if you get anything please also let me know!0 -
What is your calorie goal? Mine is 1200 and since it won't let you go under that even with negative adjustments set up it won't show anything unless I have burned enough.1

I began here in earnest on 7/1/16 (I have a fitbit Surge and cycling is my primary exercise). I was dismayed to see I had the same issue on 7/1 and 7/2. Oddly enough, it started working only after I tapped the line in the fitbit Androd app that shows calories in/out. Sometimes I don't see any food intake calories showing up from MFP back to fitbit until I tap this line. Since 7/3, everything's been working fine. I'm really impressed, in fact (though it really sucks to know how much time on the bike each beer, donut etc. equates to--I've made big changes inside a week). The fitbit calorie adjustment can be super-motivational when I've eaten too much... gotta get back within budget... get on that bike or get out and walk!0

Of your calorie count is 1200, it won't show negative adjustments anyway. So if you are set at 1200, you will see nothing until you have a positive adjustment, because it wont let you drop belowb1200.0

Maybe log out of MFP and log in again? Or restart your device.0
