Stay on track this holiday weekend!!

I am in the mountains with my friends for the holiday weekend and I KNOW it will be hard to stay on track! It will be filled with booze, good food, and indulgence. Tomorrow we are going to a beer festival of all things. But I REALLY want to stay on track this weekend. I am making some good progress and don't want to lose it all! That would just undo everything. I'm going to do my best to stick to it and have a PLAN before hand -- ie, I can have one glass of beer. Hopefully this will prevent bingeing. Is anyone in the same boat?? Good luck over the weekend!
