I will be making spaghetti squash paired w/ some type of protein and baked sweet potato fries or a mixed vegetable salad w/ tuna....or both lol

We had Dr. Praeger's Super Greens Veggie Burger on a whole wheat bun with a bit of hummus spread on each side and a tomato slice on top. Pretty tasty. If you don't like to cook tonight, Panera has a great Strawberry Poppyseed Salad and amazing Mediterranean Flatbread for around 500 calories total.

Black bean is our favourite stir fry sauce too. Nice and savoury. Rice noodles are a good "lower cal" swap for normal egg noodles.

I made a stir fry that was just broccoli, forestiere mushrooms, lots of ginger, garlic, bird eye chillies, and some soy sauce, served over shredded romaine lettuce the other night. It was a night before shopping so not much in and I wanted a 5 minute dinner. It was surprisingly delicious!
