Small but chunky- trying to get into fitness

I'm a little person and what I want most of all is also what seems to stymie me the most - fitness. I want to be strong, fit, healthy. Instead, I'm prone to every cold, allergy, what have you, I'm bloated and I'm not happy. It is hard to begin. I just got a fitbit after a week on myfitnessplan. Here I go.
Tips, ideas, clean food recipes deeply appreciated.

    Hello, I am short too. Just make a plan and follow through. Start small and build up. If you're just starting, 30 mins a day walking will be a start. Whats your calorie allowance?
