Hey people, On my 3rd week of ketosis. Anyone got any tips? Or tell me your experiences?

log everything. i think that even though they say you dont have to count calories its a good idea. When i started i was losing weight, then suddenly i was not. I looked at what i was eating and it was only 800 cals but i had not been hungry. I stepped cals up to 1200 to 1500 and started losing again. I am thinking that if its possible to not eat enough it has to be possible to eat too much. BTW i have lost 73 pounds in 5 months without exercise, so its working for me
