    A lot of people who have lost a lot of weight have made a lot of comments about the quality of sex being better. Both men here talking about themselves and women here repeating what their partner says. I have not.

    I've noticed that when I do squats it increases my libido. It makes sense, they increase blood flow to the lower body.

    Well my penis has grown about 2" in length....hasn't really but now that I've lost over 70 pounds what was "buried"in the fat of my pubic area is now available for fun times....turns out for every 35 to 50 pounds lost a fella gets an extra inch on his length....plus now I'm more flexible and less hung up about body issues positions have become more exciting....

    Try doing reverse cowgirl when your outa shape that's all I'm saying.
    But I think inner confidence is the main thing, wether your in or out of shape if you feel sexy that's all that matters.
    I think you just try out more positions if your fit and perhaps feel more confident about showing your body off
