Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake

This tastes a lot like a milkshake, but it's healthy!

1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 cup water
5-10 ice cubes depending on how thick you like it

Throw it all in a blender and blend until creamy.
