New-looking for help in losing last 10-15lbs;

Hey everyone. I've been using My Fitness Pal for the last month and have been doing well. However, it seems to be getting harder.
A few questions for anyone who is willing to respond.
If you are working to lose your last 10-15lbs, or if you have been successful in reaching your goal- any tips tricks, etc.
Also, how many calories do each of you eat? (I'm 5'4, starting weight was 140, and I have been working with 1650 cal/day.; does this seem right?)
I've been working very hard staying within cal intake and exercising like crazy. How does one make changes once you've hit your goal weight? I foresee wanting to be able to lighten up a little, but don't want to gain.

I don't know. I guess ANY feedback would be appreciated. THANK YOU!

    Same problem here
    I'm losing weight, but there's no physical change. I wonder why.

    This is what lots of people agree on: eat protein, healthy fats (no deep fry!!), whole grains, lots of fiber, vegetables (like leafy greens) and fruits (better have them with breakfast or as snacks).No processed foods! Just make it a healthy diet. Eat what your grand grand mother used to eat, All natural!
    Try changing your exercise routine. Doing the same thing, let's say jogging, with the same intense, length, etc., over time will make your body get used to it. Try HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), it's better. Include some strength workouts to increase your lean muscle mass (especially if you do cardio, as it decreases your lean muscle mass). Lean muscles make you have a higher metabolic rate, which is the amount of calories your body burn at rest.
    Try including tea in your diet. It's not necessary to be just green tea. Try White tea, oolong tea, black tea, chamomile tea, and just any tea. Tea has lots of benefits, if not in weight loss, then sure in other aspects. Make some research about them and you'll be amazed. Just ask your doctor first if you're taking medications or suffering from some illness.
    Don't get stressed as it affects your fat loss and. Chamomile and black tea are great for removing stress. Get plenty of sleep like at the very least 6 hours a day. Drink plenty of water, too.

    I hope that I helped a little. ^^
    God be with you :smile:
