Does anyone know how to select food and have it on one list? For example if I have an apple for breakfast but the next day I have an apple for lunch.

Just click add food in whichever meal you want and add the apple.0

You can "copy meal" by pressing down and holding the three dots at the bottom of the food section like "dinner". There's also a "move to".
So you can copy the apple from today's dinner to tomorrow's dinner. Then move it to tomorrow's lunch.
Hope that helps. (But FYI it will copy the whole meal)0 -
Oops sorry to move the item itself you have to hold down on the food item itself. I had to double check myself lol.0
