Pedometer opinions

I'm looking to get a pedometer and have been reading about the Fitbit products. I can't spend the money for the Flex but I'm looking for opinions on the other Fitbit products or other brands.

    I have an love the Fitbit Ultra (older version of the One).

    If I were buying one today, I might be swayed by the Zip. I don't ever use the sleep function, and the stairs doesn't matter much to me.

    I find it to be an EXCELLENT device for encouraging me to move a bit more in my day to day life. I can't tell you how often my dog gets taken on a walk "for a few more blocks" to get my 10k or 15k steps in. I love this thing.

    Me and my husband both have a Fitbit Zip ($60). While it doesn't have all the features of the One or the Flex, it does have the stuff that matters to us most.

    We both have an iPhone 4s, so it can sync via bluetooth to our phones. My husband uses this feature more than I do. I prefer to sync to my computer and only use my phone when I'm going to be out all day.

    It definitely motivates us both to move more.
