I need your advice!!
I was thinking about starting ChaLean Extreme on Monday but I weigh 200lbs and was wondering if this would be a good program for me to do? I am looking to lose weight but also inches as well.
For those of you who have or are doing ChaLean Extreme what have your results been like? What weights did you start with and end up with?
Any advice and tips will be awesome.

YES you can do Chalean Extreme!! To me this is pure simple compared to Insanity! You do weight lifting one day, rest day, cardio with light weights day, weight lifting, cardio , weights again and another rest day. That is the schedule for the first month and there is a person on there doing modified intensity but it is not that hard you can do it!! Hope to see ya join the CX thread!!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE ChaLean Extreme! It is easily modifiable, and you truly do need to lift weights to lose weight. I run an after school 'fitness group' for my fellow teachers and use the two cardio workouts regularly. Even our most unathletic exercisers can modify the moves and still get a great workout.0
