Hi guys! I'm Nicole (: I have Pseudo tumor cerebri and I need to lose some weight to keep my pressures from getting too high. I just got discharged from my 5th hospitalization and I need some motivators and tips!

    Back on here as just been diagnosed as pre diabetic and want to sort it without pills.I am a 61 year old vegetarian any help greatly appreciated
