Just found this site and thank goodness. Tracking everything I eat on paper was exhausting, and using an app makes it faster. Looking forward to supporting anyone here who needs or wants it. I've come a long way, and if anyone is struggling I hope I can help. Also looking for anyone wanting to lose weight together to buddy up with, in real life too maybe. New friends very welcome :)
Lastly, I'm not following an official weight loss programme from WW,SW or LL etc just making up my own diet - in case that makes a difference to anyone wanting support from me. Thanks.

    Hi & Welcome , yes I'm loving MFP also been logging since feb .There are lots of information and really helpful people if you need to ask something a bunch of them will jump in with ideas and advice . I think the majority using mfp are the same using CICO calories in calories out , healthy lifestyle changes not dieting . There is a section with challenges it's great to join up meet up with more friends helps with motivation etc .
