Weighing my food and tracking my calories makes it easy and it's FREE without any gimmicky MLM product!

That's odd - I searched for HorribleLife and didn't find anything in the database - must be doing it wrong.....

Meth would make it pretty easy, too.

Is Meth in the food selections?

OP - you won't get much support for meal replacement shakes on a site designed for users to measure & log portions of real food.

Losing weight can be easier than keeping it off. Meal replacement shakes teach you nothing about maintenance. You may just set yourself up for a fall. Good luck!

Not sure, but I hear it has negative calories.

I'm not going to mock or judge your decisions, we're all adults and we are free to choose whatever we want to eat. I've been known to use meal replacements occasionally myself for their convenience and long shelf life.

What I will do is suggest is that you start reading the Nutrition 101 articles in the help section and playing around with the MFP database to start coming up with some balanced meal ideas you can use long term, since I assume you don't want to be on Herbalife forever. If you like having shakes for meals (I love protein shakes for a quick nutritious breakfast), you can experiment with different combinations of protein powders, fruits, veggies and healthy fats that can provide you with just as much nutrition for a much lower price.

The OP just joined today and this is their first post. The only thing they are interested in is imparting their Herbalife wisdom and selling to people.

Worse thing for you!!!!! It may give you a quick fix but believe me you will put all the weight back on AND A LOT MORE once you stop. Clean eating and exercise is a lifestyle that can't be put in a shake and sold at staggering prices. Btw it is full of soy , which is poison if you have any thyroid issues.
