I love zuchinni and raise a bunch in my garden every year. A couple of weeks ago I started slicing the zuchinni about 1/4 inch think. I layer it in the dehydrator and just a tad bit of garlic salt. I am wanting to start experimenting with non salt flavors. It takes about 8 hours for my dehydrator but super awesome crunchy snack.
