Getting back at it.

Hello, I originally lost 63 pounds two years ago while quitting smoking. I started long distance running and completed ten half marathons. The week of Christmas I tore my quad and got sidelined for five months. During that time I gain twenty pounds from my race weight. Finally able to workout regularly again and I want to drop the extra fluff I put on. Looking for accountabuddies here to help along the way.
