Lower Carb Snacks?

I've been advised by some fellow mfp members to add more fat to my diet, because it might help with my mini-binges and satiety issues when in a deficit. (My diet used to be low fat) So currently my macros are something like this - 100g protein, 50-100g carbs, and 90g fat.

But I can for the love of me not come up with simple, easy low carb snacks. So far I've got cheese, nuts, PB and protein shakes, and that's it. Any ideas?

I wrap Mozarella cheese in salame, but most any meat/cheese combination works great.

ETA: hard-boiled eggs are great for it as well, since you can make and peel a bunch of them, and grab one whenever.

Cucumbers + ranch, celery + low sugar peanut butter, cheese sticks, almonds, mini bell peppers + flavored cream cheese, pickles, roll-ups with turkey/roast beef/salami and cheese, hard boiled eggs, and if you want something to cool you down, sugar free popsicles. Truth be told I basically never snack on keto and just eat 2-3 meals, but those are the first things that come to mind.

I keep a roasted chicken in the fridge to pick at when I need more protein. After cooking meat, cut up extra snack portions to keep bagged in the fridge to grab and go.

Chopped low-carb veggies are easy too.

In a couple weeks your appetite will decrease, you might not snack as much.

Don't forget to up your electrolyte intake, look for saltier snacks.

Yeah - I need to remember the salt thing. I eat too little as is. My blood pressure is always low. Guess I'll have to start drinking bouillon cubes. :)

Pork rinds, dark chocolate (the higher the cacao %, the better as the lower in carbs it will usually be), homemade fat bombs (just try googling the term - there are a zillion recipes out there for them), jerky (watch the hidden carbs/sugars). I concur with @abe09 above though...even though I follow a LCHF WOE, I rarely if ever snack myself. I just have the typical 3 meals / day during the week, and sometimes on the week-ends I'll have 2 larger meals / day instead of 3. Hope you can find something that works for you.

Cook a bunch of bacon, portion it, and put in the fridge.
Also, google "Fat Bombs" (usually made from variations of butter, coconut oil, nuts and seeds)

Lol @Fat bombs. I could just eat one of those a day and then I'll be all out of calories. :D

Little update. I'm on day 2 of lower carb. Feeling not hungry at all. Which is SUPER unlike me after eating A LOT over the weekend. I tend to want to keep eating and so far I'm very well satiated:dizzy:

No carb flu yet either. I've been drinking a bouillon cube everyday. Seems to be working. I'll see how the remaining 12 day trial goes.

Really? The fat bombs that I made (http://www.ruled.me/savory-pizza-fat-bombs/) only come out to be 110 kcal per. Yeah, if you ate all 6 of them at once, it would be a bit hard on your daily allotment, depending upon your goals.

All the fat bombs I have found are between 100-200 calories.

Haha, yeah that'll do it. I think I might actually feel a bit queasy if I tried to eat an entire fat bomb recipe in one sitting, for some of the bigger ones.
